About rules and punishments
 

I noticed lately that some people think it's cool to make fun of other people and violate all existing rules of ethics and regular human behavior
That's why i'll take care of punishing in most severe cases from now on
I don't want GMs to be involved in it because some people again like to say GMs are personally against them and so on. For me all players are equal. And all account blocks from now on are made by myself only.

For you to understand - I don't care if you are just making jokes and laughing at something - even at us developers. After all that's normal. But if you forget about people who are on the other side of screen, if you violate privacy or the general laws of ethics - punishment will be hard.

Please be polite and respect each other. That's just a normal thing both for real world and virtual.
