List of changes:

PvP-games will start with lowered player requirements
(after 10 minutes of queue existing and if there are
at least 6 players for easy and medium games;
10 player for hard games in queue)

Purple items exchager (19 badges for any purple items)

Idols disappearing fixed

Installing the preparation for "Storm Over Europe" event.
