Few More Changes were done in the update

1. If a player have 100% HP or mana and put example. an armor that increases the stamina (and so HP) from now on the character will still have 100% HP. Previously in that situation you would have more max HP but the same amount of current HP. That will prevent healers from getting high effectiveness on mini-games by changing armor on pets and healing them

2. Effectiveness now is added only when the character perform an action, and not for every tick of action. For example - now the character will get effectiveness only once when you use Regeneration, and not for every point it heals. Same about mana restoration. That will balance effectiveness gain on mini-games
