Your preferred time to complete the procedure — for example, if Monday works for you, please indicate which hours you’ll be online.
It’s best to provide a few days and approximate time windows, so the administrator can choose the most suitable time.

The reset links are time-sensitive (valid for only a few hours), so it’s important to be online at the agreed time
Steps to follow during the procedure:
Send a private message to the administrator stating that you contacted support and wish to reset your password
Send a message from each game account for which the password needs to be changed
Visit the game website and submit a password recovery request (“Forgot password”) for the relevant accounts
The administrator will send the reset links to the email addresses linked to those accounts
🕑 This procedure will be repeated periodically — approximately once a month or less often, depending on the number of requests.
If you’re unable to participate this time, you can submit your request in a future round.
