New Daily Prizes, Arena Changes, Bug Fixes

Tonight's update will change the following:
- Daily Reward for players below level 30: daily login will reward these players prizes that get gradually better with consecutive logins. A special gift will be awarded on the 5th consecutive login.
- Arena changes
- fix for Runes
- fix for Obsidian bonus set's Skulls
- some other minor bug fixes
