Update included:
1. Pets will get new HP bonuses depending on growth rates (GR) and gearscore (GS):
Every 3 points of growth rate give +1% HP
Every 800 points of Gearscrore also give 1% HP
2. Fixed an error that allowed to resurrect pet ignoring resurrection elixir cooldown
3. Some minor bug fixing
