Homepage: Can't create account

Hi,

I am from Canada and I tried to make an account.
When I fill the username, password, and email and check the box for the Agreement, I click submit but it denies my email because it's already registered.
I've never played this game before so I don't know why.
There is no option to recover my password using my email so I am out of luck
