Part I Rules:
- 1x character at a time
- Max 3x leveling characters per person this event
- You cannot used Filled Experience Bottles, but you can use Experience Accelerators.
- Each completed character increases your chances in the Blue Goat raffle
- You must complete at least one character to be entered into the Blue Goat raffle
- You cannot donate exp to other players.
- Each main character can only have a max of x3 exp source characters.
- Only 1x main character per person
- Most important rule: Inform moderator of your leveling characters if you plan to transfer the exp to a main character before you start! (Otherwise, it won't be tracked this event).

Part II Rules:
