New Level Range for Level 70+ Players (September 21, 2011)

Fragorians!

The level range for high leveled players in PvP and PvE
games will be adjusted to 70+ instead of 71+.

Therefore, players level 71, 72, 73, etc etc will be
able to play in the same games as level 70 players.
