70+ Books in Wallet, Ball Restriction, Lvl 28 Tanner Mobs

There was an update with the following features:

- Fixed some keyboard control issues
- Level 70+ books (except epic books) are in the wallet for orange signs
- You cannot enter super-cross location while having balls in bag
- Added tanner mobs to lvl28 dungeon
- In process of fixing some skills that require group
