Cambio de cntraseñas - FRAGORIA - New MMORPG

Buen día administrador(a)
Pertenezco al servidor de España. Por motivo de estudios ,recientemente regresé a Fragoria , el problema es que al dejar el juego olvidé mi contraseña, no vi problema ya que al estar vinculado a mi correo pensé que cambiar de contraseña no seria problema pero hasta el momento no me llega el correo de cambio a mi correo. Estuve conversando con algunos del servidor y me indican que al menos en ese servidor presentan el mismo inconveniente desde hace ya un tiempo. Intenté encontrar al moderador del servidor para consultarle pero hasta el momento no he podido encontrarlo, o es que no sea el caso que en ese servidor ya no hay moderador.
Por favor ,si me ayudasen con este problema, ya que no soy el único con el mismo inconveniente. Se agradece de antemano.
