Bug Fix Update

Fragorians, the recent update featured the following changes:

- Fixed a bug that caused craft rating data to disappear
- Problem with resource transfer from cross-server location
- Crafted items now show correct binding type
- Jewels for +12 items can be inserted correctly again
- Skills and items will not disappear from panel
- Some smaller issues
