Hi there,

I am very sorry you feel that way. When I had spoken with you, I understood the wrong button was pressed. Every nuts minigame results in that same window popup to confirm the signs won.

Unfortunately, I couldn't replicate any bugs with the ending sign/window. Also, you told me you did receive the contents of the chest.

Nobody is trying to cheat you or gouge customers...in fact the system recognized your click automatically, and there wasn't a person involved with this chest reward.

If some bug does occur in the future, please take a screenshot and send it to me or any other GM. You can even send it to support at en@fragoria.com, and it will be dealt with.
