Game Interface Changes 27th Oct'14

[Genius Mind]

We have changes some of the interface icons and buttons.

- Added chat copy button to system chat/battle log
- Achievement button on bottom panel goes from left side to right side
- Removed "Map" button from lower panel
- Moved quest button from bottom panel to quest list
- Moved upgrade button from lower panel to bag and character description
- Fixed visual effects for some buttons
