Alliance/Guild and Peace Updates

Players,

The following updates will be implemented immediately upon restart:

1. When you leave a guild, you will receive a debuff that will not let you join another guild for 7 days.
2. All existing peace treaties will be disabled.

This update will be active next week:

3. When you leave the guild, you lose 50% of personal rating received while you were in this guild.
