For Bonds
In hard cross-server dungeons a group of 3x monsters spawn every 30 minutes and in local hard dungeons - every 90 minutes:

- Soul of thaumaturgist
- Swordman
- Archer

You need to kill archer first, get the Controlling seal of souls from him, use it on Soul monster, and after that you will get a Seal of souls to take to the mystery man.

For Scrolls
Kill the skeletons in Frost mountain
