Fragorians!!

The technical update included some fixes including

- Several skills now fixed for automatically coming closer to target when required
- Problem that caused trade and mail to fail after visiting SC
- Several optimizations and other fixes

Also - craft ratings are now synchronized in real-time mode in game (On the website, it gets updates every 15 minutes)
